Before joining RELEX Solutions, Vuoristo served as Chief People Officer at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, where she led global People and Communications strategy for a workforce spanning more than 500 employees across multiple international locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, she was a key member of the leadership team responsible for renewing Rovio’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, modernizing HR operations, embedding DEI, and driving large-scale people integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, and office expansions and consolidations. Her tenure was marked by measurable improvements in employee engagement, retention, and diversity metrics, and by the successful translation of global strategic objectives into locally effective execution across regions.

Earlier, Vuoristo held multiple leadership roles at KONE, including Head of Culture Journey and KONE Culture Lead, where she led enterprise-wide culture transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy, introduced sustainability as a core cultural principle, renewed company values, and drove large-scale global change management initiatives across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Her work at KONE played a central role in enabling profitable growth, customer-centric transformation, and organizational agility across regions.

Prior to her corporate leadership journey, Vuoristo spent over a decade as a Researcher (Ph.D.) at Hanken School of Economics, focusing on customer relationships and service management, and also held senior transformation and strategy roles at Nissan Motor Corporation across Nordic and Baltic markets. Her early professional background includes international trade roles and strategic advisory engagements, giving her a unique blend of academic rigor and corporate transformation expertise.
