Melbourne, Australia, September 2024 – Louise Tebbutt has been appointed as the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) at Crown Resorts, a prominent entertainment group in Australia. In her new role, Louise will lead Crown Resorts’ HR and culture transformation, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational development, and the overall employee experience across Crown’s multiple resorts.
Before joining Crown Resorts, Louise served as Chief People Officer at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank for six years. During her tenure, she led the HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and fostering a people-first culture that supported the bank’s long-term business goals.
Prior to her role at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Louise spent over 12 years at MYER, holding various leadership roles, including Executive General Manager of HR, Risk, and Safety. In this position, she was instrumental in developing and executing people strategies to support MYER’s retail operations. Her contributions in risk management and safety protocols greatly enhanced operational efficiency and employee well-being.
Louise’s career began at Coles Myer, where she held the position of Employee Relations Manager for nearly a decade, gaining valuable experience in employee relations and labor law.
