New York, United States, September 2025 — Lourdes Nanong has stepped into the role of Director of Talent Solutions at Per Scholas, marking a significant career advancement in the field of workforce development and talent solutions. In her new capacity, she will spearhead strategies that bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, working closely with partners and stakeholders to expand access to high-growth tech careers.
Nanong has been with Per Scholas for more than two years, where she progressed through leadership roles in the Talent Solutions team. She first served as Manager of Talent Solutions, followed by her promotion to Senior Manager of Talent Solutions. During this tenure, she played a key role in developing scalable employer partnerships and building inclusive hiring pipelines that connect trained technologists with industry demand.
Before joining Per Scholas, Nanong was Talent Acquisition Supervisor at GoodTemps, where she focused on large-scale recruitment strategies to support diverse workforce needs. Her earlier career includes over six years at the Institute for Career Development (ICD), where she advanced from Employment Developer to Senior Employment Specialist/Supervisor, driving employment programs for individuals with disabilities and career-seekers in New York City.
Previously, Nanong also contributed to workforce inclusion as a Client Service Coordinator and Basic Skills Instructor at AHRC New York City, supporting community-based programs. Her career began with roles at New York Business Partners, QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community), Bloomberg, and RDA Enterprises, where she built her foundation in business support, employment coordination, and early HR initiatives.
