Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2024 – Lovleen Kaur has started her new role as the Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Pilot Accounts at inFeedo, marking an exciting new chapter in her professional journey.
Lovleen brings a wealth of experience in customer success and enterprise sales to her new position. Prior to joining inFeedo, she spent nearly 4 years at Coursera. She first served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where she managed strategic relationships with C-Level HR and Tech buyers, drove revenue growth, and developed strategies to enhance customer retention. She then progressed to Sr. Consultant – Enterprise Sales, generating significant revenue and managing strategic accounts. Earlier, she worked as a Consultant – Enterprise Sales at Coursera.
Before her tenure at Coursera, Lovleen was a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. In this role, she analyzed business problems and devised learning solutions for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement feedback and improve learning methodologies.
Lovleen also gained extensive experience at NIIT Limited, where she held various roles including Instructional Design Lead, Senior Instructional Designer, and Instructional Designer. In these positions, she led instructional design projects and developed effective learning solutions.
Additionally, Lovleen has been actively involved in leadership roles during her academic tenure, serving as the President of Mercatus, Marketing Society, JMC, and Head of Marketing for the Entrepreneurship Cell, JMC. She also served as a Cluster Manager – Student Ambassador Program at Marico Limited.
