Her experience includes driving communications across varied stakeholder groups and business priorities in fast-evolving markets.

Earlier, she served as Internal Communications Lead at Tata AIA Life Insurance, and before that was People and CSR Communications Lead at Essar, building depth in employee communications, culture, and purpose-led storytelling.

Her background also includes agency experience with Genesis BCW, Adfactors PR, Edelman, and MSLGROUP, covering corporate communications and public relations across sectors including BFSI and healthcare. She began her career with BNY Mellon in asset management operations, and also held an early role as a College Reporter with Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group).
