EY-Parthenon Appoints Preetosh Kumar Srivastava as Executive Director

Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 — EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of Preetosh Kumar Srivastava as Executive Director. In this leadership role, Srivastava will contribute to EY-Parthenon’s strategy and transformation agenda, bringing deep experience across supply chain, cost transformation, and value creation programs.

Before joining EY-Parthenon, Srivastava spent over three years with Accenture Strategy as Senior Manager / Senior Principal, based in Gurugram, where he served as the Global Solution & Asset Lead for Direct Material Supply Chain. During this period, he advised clients on direct cost transformation and category-led savings programs, while also leading digital innovation initiatives, including the development of AI/GenAI tools such as ‘Packaging 360’ and ‘Simplexity.AI’ to automate value identification.

Earlier, he was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked on large-scale transformation and integration programs, including post-merger integration and EBITDA improvement mandates, as well as design-to-value initiatives at the intersection of design, procurement, and marketing.

His career also includes roles as Manager at Bain & Company and Manager – Consulting at EY, where he supported transformation and procurement operating model programs, particularly within the EPC sector.

Prior to consulting, Srivastava held leadership positions within the Jindal Steel & Power Group, including Assistant General Manager at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., and Manager – Strategy & Operations in the group’s upstream oil & gas division, where he built experience across operational excellence, strategic sourcing, divestment, and business development. He began his professional journey in technology and analytics roles, including positions at Ivy Comptech and Verizon Business.
