Jetendra Chaturvedi has built a distinguished career in executive search and talent acquisition, leading him to his new role at Options Group. Prior to this, he was the Managing Partner at Huntsmen & Barons for over 14 years, where he specialized in senior-level talent acquisition across various industry verticals, including CXO, Business Heads, and Functional Heads roles. His leadership and expertise significantly contributed to the firm’s success.
Before Huntsmen & Barons, Jetendra served as a Principal Consultant at Venator Search Partners in Mumbai, where he excelled in talent acquisition for senior roles. He also held the position of Center Manager at Summit HR Worldwide in Pune, focusing on comprehensive HR solutions.
Jetendra’s career began at Ma Foi Randstad in Delhi, where he spent seven years as a Team Leader. His role involved managing recruitment processes and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. He also gained experience as an Executive Finance at Thyron Informatics in Delhi.
