Riverside, California, United States, March 2025 – Lynda Moran has joined Riverside Community Hospital as Vice President Human Resources, bringing with her over two decades of leadership experience in the healthcare and senior living sectors. In her new role, she will lead the hospital’s human capital strategy, drive employee engagement, and foster a people-first culture aligned with Riverside’s high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Prior to this, Lynda served as Human Resources Director at Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, where she was instrumental in refining HR operations and enhancing employee engagement. Her work focused on benefits administration, policy development, and college recruiting, all while managing strategic HR processes in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Before that, she was Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, leading people operations across multiple service lines and helping the hospital navigate organizational transformations during her tenure. Earlier, she held the role of HR Director at Four Winds Hospital, managing HR operations across two facilities in New York, and driving compliance and employee relations strategies.
Lynda also held significant leadership roles at Meadow Ridge, including as Director of Operations and Human Resources, where she oversaw multiple departments, restructured the HR function, and improved overall performance through cultural transformation. Her earlier experience includes HR roles at RNN-TV, Jefferson’s Ferry Life Plan Retirement Community, SavATree, Phelps Memorial Hospital, and Briarcliffe College, demonstrating her versatility across industries. She also worked independently as an HR Consultant, leading projects focused on staffing and compliance.
