Houston, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Jindal Healthcare has announced the appointment of Madhav Garg as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Madhav will lead the organization’s mission to modernize revenue cycle management for physician groups and rural hospitals, transforming fragile, people-dependent workflows into intelligent, automated systems that improve cash collections, reduce days in accounts receivable, and stabilize provider revenues.
Madhav Garg brings a rare blend of growth leadership, analytics-driven strategy, and entrepreneurial execution to his new role. He has been associated with Jindal Healthcare for over seven years, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s client footprint and strengthening its data-driven RCM platforms across geographies.
Alongside his role at Jindal Healthcare, Madhav is the Founder and CEO of Auction-It, a technology-driven circular economy platform within the O.P. Jindal Group, focused on eliminating industrial waste through reuse and recycling using proprietary e-auction and analytics engines.
He also served for more than a decade as Chief Executive Officer at iCom Analytics Limited, leading advanced data analytics and optimization solutions across manufacturing, retail, shipping, media, and consumer products, helping enterprises convert big data into actionable intelligence.
Earlier in his career, Madhav gained exposure to financial risk advisory at PwC India, along with international internships at Credit Suisse, UBS Wealth Management, and Bharti Walmart, building a strong foundation in finance, analytics, and global business practices.
Madhav Garg holds a Master of Science in Risk and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
