In this newly assumed role, based in Mumbai, Siddharth will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth and business expansion across the home loans and B2B verticals of the company.
With a robust career spanning over 25 years in the financial services industry, Siddharth brings deep expertise in mortgage lending, distribution strategy, and business development. His leadership has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and driving scalable, customer-centric lending operations in some of India’s most reputed financial institutions.
Before joining BHFL, Siddharth served as Business Head at Infina Finance Private Limited, where he played a crucial role in strengthening the organization’s market presence and operational effectiveness. Prior to that, he was the Chief Business Officer at Aavas Financiers Ltd, where he led the affordable housing segment, contributing to the company’s rapid growth and innovation in home finance.
The foundation of Siddharth’s extensive industry experience was laid at ICICI Bank, where he spent 19 impactful years, ultimately serving as Zonal Head – Mortgages. During his tenure, he successfully managed large teams, implemented process efficiencies, and deepened mortgage penetration in key geographies.
