Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Madhu Menon has been appointed as Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wipro, a leading global technology services and consulting firm. In this role, she will focus on strengthening talent acquisition frameworks, leveraging AI for hiring processes, and enhancing productivity and candidate experience to support Wipro’s ambitious growth plans.
Prior to joining Wipro, Madhu Menon was with Deloitte India for over five years, where she served as Director – National Head, Talent Acquisition. At Deloitte, she was responsible for lateral, campus, GIG, and leadership hiring across businesses, driving manpower planning, employer branding, and inclusion & diversity initiatives while optimizing TA analytics and tools.

Before Deloitte, she spent five years at KPMG India, where she led Talent Acquisition for Risk Consulting and Leadership Hiring. She played a key role in strategic hiring initiatives, collaborating with business leaders to enhance HR impact across the firm.
Earlier in her career, Madhu served as HR Manager – GCC at UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC in Dubai, where she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and learning & development across the GCC region.
Her professional journey also includes a nine-year tenure at EY (Ernst & Young), where she contributed to strategic HR initiatives, manpower planning, performance management, and mobility.
