Boston, Massachusetts, United States, April 2026 – Dechra has announced the appointment of Maggie Gregg as Chief People & Culture Officer, strengthening its global leadership team as the organization enters its next phase of growth, including the establishment of its new global headquarters in Boston. With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Maggie will play a central role in shaping Dechra’s people and culture strategy.
The company highlighted Maggie’s strong track record in scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, and leading transformation in fast-growth environments, along with her passion for creating inclusive employee experiences.
Prior to joining Dechra, Maggie Gregg served as Chief People Officer at Nutrafol, where she led the company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth, focusing on talent, culture, and organizational scalability.
Earlier, she was SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Saks OFF 5TH, where she led the digital People & Communications function, including DEIB and ESG initiatives, reporting directly to the CEO during a significant transformation phase following its separation into a standalone business.
Maggie also spent over eight years with The Estée Lauder Companies, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles including Vice President – Global Human Resources Business Partner. During her tenure, she partnered closely with senior leadership on global HR strategy, led M&A due diligence and integration efforts, and supported large-scale transformation initiatives across finance, strategy, and shared services.
Before this, she held leadership roles at Apple, where she served as Senior Human Resources Leader – Greater China and Human Resources Leader – Greater New York City, playing a key role in supporting retail expansion, leadership development, and organizational growth across regions.
She began her career with Ann Taylor, where she spent over a decade in roles spanning HR leadership and operations, building a strong foundation in people management, business partnering, and retail leadership.
