Bellevue, Washington, United States, November 2025 – Maha Judeh has joined AAA Washington as the new Vice President, Human Resources, marking a major milestone in her extensive HR leadership journey. Stepping into this role, she brings more than two decades of experience across healthcare, retail, consumer services and technology-enabled organisations, with a strong record of shaping people strategy, strengthening organisational culture and driving high-impact HR transformation.
In her most recent role before this appointment, Maha served as Vice President, People Services at Ben Bridge Jeweler, where she spent over a year leading HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness for the historic retail brand. Her work contributed to strengthening people practices across store and corporate teams while supporting business evolution in a competitive retail landscape.
Before Ben Bridge Jeweler, Maha spent nearly six years at Body Contour Centers LLC, where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources after first working as Director, Human Resources. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide HR operations with a focus on compensation and benefits, HRIS development, continuous improvement and policy enhancement. She played a key role in building HR infrastructure, supporting rapid organisational growth and driving legal compliance across key HR processes.
Prior to this, Maha served as Director, Human Resources at US Anesthesia Partners, where she partnered closely with executive leadership on organisational development, workforce planning, compensation design and high-performance development programs. Her efforts in recruiting over 80 medical professionals contributed to significant revenue generation, while her onboarding and mentorship programs achieved an impressive retention rate of 90%.
Earlier in her career, Maha held HR leadership roles at Axelerate, DC Benefits, Inc., AccessLine Communications, and MulvannyG2 Architecture, where she contributed to building people systems, developing recruitment strategies, implementing HR policies, and supporting large-scale hiring and organisational transitions. She began her career with Nordstrom, where she excelled in business management roles, successfully leading large teams and driving multimillion-dollar retail performance with high retention outcomes.
