Mahesh Jinjavadia Appointed as Vice President – Human Resources and Administration at Sunrise Glass Industries Pvt Ltd

Surat, Gujarat, India, December 2025 — Sunrise Glass Industries Pvt Ltd, part of the Astron Group of Companies, has announced the appointment of Mahesh Jinjavadia as Vice President – Human Resources and Administration. In his new role, Jinjavadia is responsible for leading the organisation’s human capital and administrative functions across all four manufacturing plants, strengthening talent management, organisational development, compliance, employee relations and workplace operations to foster a high-performance culture. pasted

At Sunrise Glass Industries Pvt Ltd, Mahesh Jinjavadia has taken charge as Vice President – Human Resources and Administration, driving HR strategy, organisational development, compliance and administrative leadership across Sunrise’s multi-plant operations in Surat. pasted

Previously, he served as AGM – HR at Universal AI University, where he led core HR operations and acted as a strategic HR partner for the institution’s leadership.

Earlier, he worked as HR Manager at Superhard Research Centre and Madhu Silica Pvt. Ltd., actively driving manpower planning, recruitment, compliance and end-to-end HR operations across manufacturing environments.

Before this, he held senior HR leadership roles at KGK Diamonds (I) Pvt Ltd, Ravi Technoforge Pvt Ltd and SAL Infracon Pvt Ltd, managing workforce planning, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management systems and payroll governance. He began his HR career at Kiran Gems Pvt Ltd, building foundational experience in HR operations and workforce administration.
