Kinross, Scotland, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Exporta, a leading provider of high-performance reusable transit packaging solutions, has announced the appointment of Jonathon Rothwell as Chief Revenue Officer. In this newly created role, Jonathon will focus on expanding the company’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring Exporta continues to help businesses perform more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
Prior to joining Exporta, Jonathon Rothwell served as Vice President Business Operations EMEA at Tosca, a leading pooler of reusable packaging, where he oversaw a large operational footprint across Europe and North America. His tenure included managing wash, service, and repair centers, servicing more than 500 million assets. He demonstrated strong capabilities in supply chain optimization, operational excellence, and pan-European strategy execution.
Previously, he was with UGI International as Logistics, Operations & Engineering Director for Northern Europe, where he managed the safe operating model across five countries. During his time there, he drove EBITDA growth, led cost-efficiency programs, and managed M&A activity. His strategic initiatives delivered significant annualized savings and improved operational KPIs across the board.
Earlier, Jonathon led his own consultancy business as Interim Director, supporting companies like UK Flooring Direct and Walker Greenbank in navigating rapid growth and post-acquisition transformation. His guidance led to major supply chain improvements and operational efficiencies for these firms.
His earlier career spans roles at Univar Solutions, where he served as Operations Director for Northern Europe, and at Bunzl Retail Supplies, where he was UK Operations Controller. He also held leadership positions at L’Oréal, CEVA Logistics, and began his professional journey on a graduate program, later rising to Project Manager with responsibility for the Sony contract. Over the years, Jonathon has consistently demonstrated excellence in supply chain strategy, operational leadership, and team development.
