Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — WPP Media has announced the appointment of Mandakini Ghadage as Senior Director – Employee Relations, further strengthening its leadership team in people governance and workplace culture. In her new role, she will lead initiatives to enhance employee relations frameworks, drive consistent people practices, and promote a fair, transparent, and high-trust environment across the organisation.
With over a decade of experience in employee relations, policy governance, and people leadership, Mandakini brings a proven record of building inclusive, compliant, and performance-driven workplaces across diverse industries. Before joining WPP Media, she served as Employee Relations Lead at Aditya Birla Capital, where she implemented robust employee engagement and compliance mechanisms across business units.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President – Employee Relations at HSBC, where she played a critical role in managing complex employee relations cases, leadership communication, and governance frameworks. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Sodexo, Mahindra Finance, and Portescap, where she honed her expertise in labour relations, grievance management, and workforce alignment.
Mandakini holds a Master in Labour Studies from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies (MILS) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai—a strong foundation that underpins her commitment to ethical governance and people-centric leadership.
As Senior Director – Employee Relations at WPP Media, she is set to play a pivotal role in shaping an equitable, compliant, and progressive culture for the global media powerhouse.
