Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ,February 2026 — Mandavi Singh has been appointed as Principal and Head of Human Capital – India at Apollo Enterprise Strategies, effective January 2026. In this role, she will lead the firm’s human capital strategy in India, partnering closely with leadership to drive talent, culture, and organisational effectiveness aligned with Apollo’s global growth ambitions.
In her new position, Mandavi Singh will oversee people strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational transformation initiatives, supporting Apollo Enterprise Strategy’s advisory and investment ecosystem in the Indian market.
Prior to this appointment, Mandavi served as HR Business Partner at M&G plc in London. Before that, she was Head of Human Resources – India at M&G Global Services Private Limited, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR leadership, employee wellness, benefits design, diversity and inclusion, and large-scale change management initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Mandavi spent nearly five years with Assurant as Head of Human Resources – India, leading HR for auto and connected living business units and implementing global and regional people programs. She also held senior HR leadership roles at IDFC FIRST Bank, Tata Mutual Fund, Reliance Brands Limited, Religare, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, and Forbes Marshall. Across these roles, she has built deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits design, and organisational change.
Mandavi Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of South Wales.
