Mandee Neubauer began her career at TeamPeople in 2014 as a Recruitment Assistant and steadily rose through the ranks. Prior to her recent promotion, she served as Director of Creative Recruiting for over three years, where she played a key role in developing TeamPeople’s global talent network and enhancing client relationships. Before that, Mandee held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Placement Specialist/Recruiter, proving her expertise in sourcing top talent for the media, broadcast, and creative industries.
Mandee’s recruitment career began at Insight Global and Vocus, where she sharpened her skills in business development and talent acquisition. Her diverse experience, combined with a deep passion for building successful communication teams, has earned her recognition within the industry.
