With over two decades of rich and diverse experience in human resources, organizational transformation, and business operations, Manish brings a unique combination of strategic insight and people-centric leadership to his new role.
At Justo RealFintech Ltd, Manish will play a central role in shaping the company’s talent and culture roadmap as it scales its RealFintech ecosystem. He will lead initiatives focused on strengthening leadership capability, driving workforce performance, and aligning HR strategy with the company’s growth vision — enabling Justo to accelerate its mission of building responsibility beyond buildings.
Before joining Justo RealFintech Ltd, Manish served as President – HR & Business Operations at Aspect Infrastructure & Construction, where he led strategic HR partnerships, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives to support business expansion. His efforts focused on building a unified HR framework that enhanced employee engagement and operational effectiveness across multiple business verticals.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at A&O Realty, where he successfully aligned people strategy with rapid organizational growth in the real estate sector. Under his leadership, the company implemented modern HR systems, streamlined performance processes, and enhanced workforce productivity during a period of major transformation.
Earlier in his career, Manish held senior leadership roles at Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ – The Original) as Group Head – HR, and at Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – HR/IR and Administration. At TBZ, he played a key role in developing HR frameworks for retail expansion, while at Parle Agro, he strengthened industrial relations and implemented workforce optimization strategies. His tenure at Kanakia Group and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL Meghraj) further solidified his expertise in real estate and corporate HR, where he managed end-to-end HR operations, learning and development, and talent management programs across geographies.
Manish began his professional journey at Lloyds Iron and Steel Industries as a Management Trainee and subsequently worked with Toyo Engineering India Ltd. and Hiranandani Group, where he developed strong foundations in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. His career reflects a steady evolution from operational HR leadership to strategic people transformation roles across industries.
