Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 – Manish Chhabra has taken on a major leadership role as President – Sales at Signature Global, marking a significant milestone in his real estate career. Known for building winning teams, partnering deeply with customers and driving large-scale sales outcomes, he will now lead sales across Signature Global’s luxury portfolio, strengthening its partner ecosystem and accelerating market expansion.
Manish’s most recent role was as Vice President at Smart World Developers, where he contributed to high-value residential growth and supported strategic sales initiatives across premium projects. His focus on customer relationships, stakeholder alignment and sales velocity strengthened the organisation’s positioning in the competitive Gurugram market.
Prior to this, he served as Assistant Vice President at Smart World, where he led key residential project sales, built high-performing teams and enhanced the company’s channel partner ecosystem. His work significantly accelerated brand visibility and customer conversions across fast-growing micro-markets.
Before joining Smart World, Manish held the role of Additional Vice President at Omaxe Limited, where he contributed to revenue growth, sales transformation and team development. His experience in steering diverse portfolios and driving disciplined sales operations enabled the company to strengthen its performance across multiple regions.
Across his earlier journey at Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL), Raheja Developers, Vatika Group, and Experion Developers, Manish built his foundational capabilities in business development, channel partner management and market expansion. His contributions in these organisations included strategic market research, managing corporate presentations, driving channel education programs and supporting high-value product launches across North India.
Manish’s academic experience includes completing the Advanced Programme in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, which strengthened his strategic understanding of customer behaviour, brand positioning and sales acceleration. Complementing this is his MBA from Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, which laid the base for his early career in sales and business development.
