In his new role, Manish will lead the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy, strengthen hiring capabilities across business verticals, and drive initiatives that enhance workforce planning and leadership development. Manish joins Bajaj General Insurance from ICICI Lombard, where he served as Chief Manager – Human Resources and earlier as Senior Manager – Human Resources, managing large-scale recruitment, talent operations, and capability-building programmes. Before that, he worked with Reliance General Insurance as HRBP – North & TA – Smart Market (North & East), playing a key role in driving HR operations across multiple regions.
His relationship with Bajaj General Insurance is not new—Manish previously spent five years with the company (then Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.) in roles such as Regional HR (Punjab), Talent Acquisition (North – Except UP) and Zonal HR – Talent Acquisition (North). His return to the organisation brings back deep institutional familiarity and proven expertise aligned with the company’s vision for strategic talent development.
