Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Elior India has appointed Manish Miranda as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it accelerates growth across India’s food services and catering sector.
With more than two decades of experience spanning hospitality, food services, restaurant operations, and business transformation, Manish brings extensive operational leadership, commercial expertise, and a customer-centric approach to support Elior India’s next phase of expansion.
In his new role, Manish will lead the company’s operational strategy, driving service excellence, business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation across Elior’s catering and food service operations. He will work closely with leadership teams to strengthen execution, scale operations, enhance productivity, and deliver sustainable value for clients across corporate workplaces, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and other sectors.
Prior to joining Elior India, Manish served as Business Head at Nekta Foods, where he was responsible for driving business growth and operational performance. Before that, he spent more than five years as Regional Director – Operations at Compass Group India, leading large-scale food service operations and strengthening customer delivery across multiple locations.
Earlier in his career, Manish worked as an F&B Consultant, advising organizations on food concepts, franchise development, operating models, systems, and process design. He also held senior leadership positions including Director – Operations & Culinary at Hospitality Board Holding Co. in Saudi Arabia, Business Head/Vice President – Food & Beverage Operations at Imagica, Brand Manager at Cinnabon India, Business Head at Nando’s/Garcias Pizza, Assistant Vice President at Sodexo, Manager – Food & Beverage at Coffee Day Group, and Chef de Partie at Taj Hotels.
Across his career, Manish has built expertise in Food Services Operations, Hospitality Management, Business Strategy, P&L Management, Culinary Operations, Restaurant Development, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Franchise Development, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, New Concept Development, Leadership, and Commercial Growth.
His appointment reflects Elior India’s continued investment in strengthening operational capabilities while delivering high-quality, customer-focused food services across India.
