Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Manisha Parmar has been elevated to the role of Talent Acquisition Leader at KPMG India, marking a significant milestone in her accomplished HR journey. In this new role, she leads the firm’s national talent acquisition strategy with a focus on enabling business growth through strategic hiring and workforce planning.
Manisha Parmar has been with KPMG India for over two years, where she has held progressive leadership roles in talent acquisition. Prior to being appointed Talent Acquisition Leader, she served as Associate Director, leading talent acquisition delivery for the Technology Enablement service line within the advisory function. Before that, she worked as a Manager, spearheading hiring for KPMG’s Advisory – Lighthouse & Digital Solutions (Strategy/Next) business.
Before joining KPMG, Manisha spent over four years at Accenture, where she held various HR and TA roles. As a People Advisor Specialist for the Strategy and Consulting – Applied Intelligence group, she focused on talent engagement, HR strategy alignment, culture, and leadership development. Prior to that, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing lateral, executive, and campus recruitment across multiple practices. Her earlier role as TA Senior Analyst had her leading end-to-end hiring for the Digital – Applied Intelligence group, delivering niche and specialized talent in high-growth areas.
Earlier in her career, Manisha was associated with HCL Technologies for nearly three years, where she managed sales and leadership hiring across EMEA. She worked as an Associate Manager and Senior Executive, handling executive-level and confidential positions, as well as talent search and supplier relations. She also spent time at Blue Star Limited as a Senior Executive, gaining exposure in HR and talent management functions.
Manisha Parmar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini) and completed the Global HR Program at Cornell University, further strengthening her strategic and global HR capabilities.
