Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Jitesh Donga has joined Sobha Realty as the Vice President – Design | Development Strategy and Initiatives. In his new role, Jitesh will play a critical part in shaping the company’s design and development strategies, ensuring a seamless alignment between architectural excellence and project delivery in line with Sobha Realty’s reputation for luxury, innovation, and meticulous detail.
Prior to this appointment, Jitesh served as Chief of Design at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. for nearly four years. In this capacity, he spearheaded design innovation across residential and integrated urban solutions, contributing significantly to the organization’s sustainability-driven and customer-centric design philosophy.

Before that, Jitesh spent over six years at Godrej Properties Limited, where he rose to the position of Associate Vice President after serving as Senior General Manager and General Manager – Design, Mumbai Zone. He played a pivotal role in leading major urban residential projects and streamlining design processes across regional teams, driving excellence in execution and product delivery.
Earlier in his career, Jitesh held the position of Head – Design & Engineering at Synefra Engineering & Construction, where he spent over ten years overseeing multiple aspects of concept design, construction coordination, and project management. His work there helped shape several industrial and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance.
With over two decades of expertise in real estate design and development, Jitesh brings a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from strategy and concept to commissioning and delivery.
