Seattle, Washington, United States, December 2024 – Cari Barthe has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at Secura Bio, Inc.. In her new role, Cari will oversee human resources strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives, driving HR excellence to support the company’s mission of delivering innovative therapies.
Prior to joining Secura Bio, Cari served as Director, People & Culture, US at Notch Therapeutics for nearly four years, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Before Notch, she dedicated over 13 years to Seagen (formerly Seattle Genetics), progressing through various HR roles, including Sr. HR Manager, HR Manager, and Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she significantly contributed to talent strategy and HR transformation.
Cari’s earlier career includes HR consulting at Merge Consulting and Yahoo!, as well as roles at ICOS Corporation, where she managed recruitment, sales operations, and corporate HR programs over nearly nine years.
