Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, October 2024 – Manpreet Gill has been appointed as the Head of People Systems and Payroll at icare NSW, bringing her extensive experience in payroll management, optimization, and human resources information systems (HRIS) to this critical role. In her new position, Manpreet will lead initiatives to streamline payroll systems and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.
Manpreet’s promotion comes after a successful tenure at icare NSW, where she served as the General Manager Employee Experience (Acting) for six months. Prior to this, she held the role of Head of Payroll & Optimisation, where she was instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across payroll functions.
Before joining icare NSW, Manpreet spent over four years at Zurich Financial Services Australia as the Payroll Manager ANZ, where she oversaw payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with complex multi-jurisdictional regulations.
Manpreet’s career in payroll began at Broadspectrum, where she spent over seven years in various roles, including Payroll Lead and Projects. Her work at Broadspectrum saw her managing large-scale payroll processing and leading multiple optimization projects, establishing her as a leader in payroll and systems management.
