Bengaluru, India, June 2025 — Manu Saigal has been appointed as the Country Manager for Hays India, marking a strategic leadership move as the global staffing and recruitment leader sharpens its focus on expansion in the Indian market. With more than 20 years of rich experience in staffing, talent management, and business transformation, Manu brings deep market knowledge and a proven ability to scale high-impact workforce solutions.
Before joining Hays, Manu spent nearly a decade at Adecco, most recently serving as Director – General Staffing, overseeing operations across India. She previously held multiple senior leadership roles within Adecco, covering IT Services, Life Sciences, and Professional Staffing. Her tenure was marked by strong business performance, cross-functional team building, and client partnerships across diverse verticals.
Earlier, Manu held pivotal roles at Wipro, including Divisional Staffing Manager and Program Manager – Talent Optimization, where she led initiatives to streamline staffing operations and optimize talent deployment across key business units. Her tenure also included leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard (Birlasoft) and Indian Staffing Federation, further underscoring her influence in shaping India’s staffing ecosystem.
In her new role at Hays India, Manu will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth, driving operational excellence, and expanding enterprise partnerships. Her leadership will play a key role in elevating Hays’ position in the Indian market and delivering value through client-focused talent solutions.
Manu holds a strong background in program management, P&L oversight, partner engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her appointment reflects Hays’ intent to anchor its India operations with forward-thinking leadership backed by decades of industry insight.
