At Banswara Syntex, Marazban will focus on aligning HR strategies with business growth objectives, nurturing a people-first culture, and fostering employee engagement across the organization. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth as the company expands its global presence.
Previously, Marazban served as Corporate HR Leader at Alok Industries Ltd., where he led initiatives across retention, compliance, and workforce strategy. Prior to that, he held the role of CHRO at Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd., where he spearheaded human capital development and compliance for a multi-location operation. At Welspun India, Marazban worked closely with global retailers like Walmart, IKEA, and Target, supporting responsible supply chain management and ethical labor practices.
Marazban holds postgraduate qualifications in Industrial Relations and Training & Development, and is a certified Industrial Psychologist, SA8000 auditor, and Energy Manager. His appointment reinforces Banswara Syntex’s commitment to nurturing a people-centric and sustainability-driven culture across its operations.
