Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2024 — Marcus Zanetic has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture at Luna Park Sydney. In his new role, Marcus will lead human resources strategies, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture at one of Sydney’s most iconic amusement parks.
Marcus recently worked at Craveable Brands as the Employee Relations Lead for nearly a year. In this role, he was responsible for handling employee relations, industrial relations, and labor law matters, ensuring compliance and maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
Before joining Craveable Brands, Marcus was the People and Culture Manager at Marley Spoon for one and a half years. He supported the Australian head office and led HR integration activities during Marley Spoon’s acquisition of Chefgood, while also managing HR processes across three fulfillment centers in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.
Prior to Marley Spoon, Marcus served as an HR Business Partner at JDE Peet’s for nearly three years. In this role, he partnered across various teams to enhance leadership capabilities, drive performance culture, and lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in Australia.
Earlier in his career, Marcus held HR business partnering roles at City of Sydney, Brightstar Corp, IKEA, and Woolworths Group, where he contributed to improving HR processes, employee engagement, and talent management.
