Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2026 — Invesco has welcomed Margo Davis as SVP, Head of HR Business Partners, as announced by Alan Smith, Senior Managing Director and CHRO, Invesco. Based in Atlanta, Margo will lead Invesco’s team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs), driving talent and workforce strategies aligned to business objectives while strengthening a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance across the organization. She brings 25+ years of global HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, and building high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
Before joining Invesco, Margo Davis spent around three years at Intuitive as Vice President, Human Resources, supporting HR leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment and partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Prior to Intuitive, she spent nearly six years at Global Payments Inc., progressing through senior HR leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Vice President, Human Resources. In these roles, she helped shape enterprise people priorities, strengthened leadership capability, and supported performance-focused talent strategies within a large-scale, complex organization.
Earlier, Margo served for about three years as Global Director, Human Resources at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, where she led strategic HR partnership for business teams and helped advance organization-wide people initiatives.
In addition, Margo has held significant HR leadership roles across global organizations including AIG (as Regional HR Leader – Southeast Region), GSMA (as Global HR Leader / Head of HR for GSMA LTD.), and Citigroup, Markets and Banking (as Human Resources Management Associate), building broad experience across financial services, insurance, and global membership/industry ecosystems.
