Maria Alejandra brings over a decade of diverse HR leadership experience. Prior to her current role, she served as Human Resources Director at Aeropost, where she played a crucial role in developing and executing people strategies focused on organizational design and employee engagement.

Earlier, she served as Director of People and Culture at Sugo Company, Zero Waste Co., and CoreZero, where she specialized in talent development, conflict resolution, and succession planning in sustainability-focused organizations.
Her earlier career includes leadership positions at Dafiti Group LATAM, where she held roles such as Regional Human Resources Sr. Manager and Head of HR, focusing on compensation, change management, and talent retention strategies. Maria has also held HR leadership roles at Allergan, Volvo Group, and GM Financial, demonstrating her expertise across multiple industries.
