Phoenix, Arizona, United States, July 2024 – Maria Silva has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Southwest Network. Bringing extensive experience in human resources management and consulting, Maria will lead the HR functions and strategies to support the organization’s mission.
Maria Silva recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer – Consultant where she provided HR consulting services to various organizations, including 2nd Chance Treatment Center and a multi-family residential investment company. Her scope of work included HR management transition, benefit reconciliation, recruitment overhaul, and performance evaluation training.
Prior to her consulting role, Maria was the Chief Human Resources Officer at 2nd Chance Treatment Center for over two years. There, she managed compensation, physician recruitment, team leadership, and organizational development. She was instrumental in improving HR processes and enhancing executive development.
Maria spent over 13 years at Integrated Medical Services (IMS), where she held the roles of Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources. Her tenure at IMS was marked by her leadership in training and development, credentialing, benefits administration, and stakeholder management.
She also served as Director of Human Resources at Valley Radiologists, a part of Banner Health, and Human Resources Manager at Viking Client Services, Inc., further honing her skills in employee relations, payroll, recruiting, and compliance management.
Southwest Network was founded in 1999 and operates seven top-rated mental and behavioral health facilities in Maricopa County, Arizona, along with an Administrative Headquarters in Phoenix.
