Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, September 2025 – PepsiCo has appointed Mariam Ali as its new Head of Talent Management, Learning & Culture in Pakistan. In this strategic role, she will drive the company’s talent agenda, enhance leadership capability, and strengthen PepsiCo’s learning and culture framework, ensuring alignment with its global mission of innovation and growth.
Mariam has been associated with PepsiCo for nearly two years, most recently serving as Head of HR for Beverages & Corporate Functions. During her tenure, she played a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enabling organizational transformation, and fostering employee engagement across diverse functions.
Before PepsiCo, she led the Talent & Employer Branding function at Tkxel, where she championed employer brand positioning, strengthened recruitment strategies, and advanced employee experience programs to attract and retain top talent. Prior to that, at Engro Digital, she worked as Senior Manager – People, where she shaped HR processes, strengthened organizational development initiatives, and contributed to digital-first workforce strategies.
Earlier in her career, Mariam gained valuable experience at Fatima Group as a Talent Acquisition Expert and spent three years at Jazz in multiple HR roles, including HR Communication Expert and HR Business Partner – Technology. At Jazz, she helped drive employee communication, business partnering, and workforce alignment in a highly dynamic sector.
Mariam began her career with foundational HR roles at IBEX | Global (A TRG Company), where she served as HR Business Analyst and HR Executive for almost four years, and at Ovex Technologies, where she worked as an HR Coordinator. These early roles provided her with hands-on exposure to HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce management, laying the groundwork for her subsequent leadership journey.
