Tbilisi, Georgia, April 2025 – Daily GROUP has appointed Mariam Kotchlamazashvili as the new Head of People Attraction and Recruitment Unit. In her new role, Mariam will be responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition strategies across its diverse retail brands and international operations.
Prior to this, Mariam Kotchlamazashvili served as Human Resources Lead at OTO Motors, where she played a key role in human capital management and communication initiatives for over a year. She also contributed simultaneously as Human Resources Lead at OneClub, overseeing IT recruitment and business development efforts.
In her role as Head of Organizational Development at Agrotechno, Mariam focused on strategic HR development and sourcing, contributing to a more agile and future-ready workforce. This followed her long stint at SPAR Georgia, where over nearly eight years she took on multiple roles including Employee Care Manager, Senior Recruiting Specialist, and Recruiting Specialist, playing a foundational role in shaping the company’s recruitment and employee engagement programs.
Mariam brings deep expertise in full life cycle recruiting, HR sourcing, and organizational development, with a track record of driving people-centered growth in the Georgian retail and FMCG sectors.
