Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Gomathi Rajendran has joined McLaren Strategic Solutions (MSS) as Human Resources Director, marking a significant addition to the organization’s global people leadership. In her new role, she will drive the overarching people strategy with a focus on organizational growth, leadership capability building, workforce planning, and employee experience. She will also champion a culture rooted in inclusion, collaboration, and high performance, ensuring that HR practices are purposefully aligned with MSS’s long-term business objectives.
Gomathi’s journey to MSS includes a strategic role at Excellify, where she served as Lead HR Consultant. Her work centered on Employee Value Proposition development, HR strategy alignment, and ensuring compliance frameworks to enable organizations to scale sustainably. She played a pivotal role in supporting businesses to shape strong people practices that fostered engagement, performance, and culture cohesion.
Before Excellify, she contributed to KVG as Global Human Resources Manager, where she led global talent acquisition, remote workforce enablement, and HR advisory for evolving organizational structures. Her ability to build agile, globally adaptive HR models strengthened cross-border workforce operations and leadership effectiveness.
Earlier, Gomathi served at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in a senior HR leadership capacity, partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders on organizational change initiatives. Her work spanned business partnering, transformation projects, and culture alignment, with a strong emphasis on talent development and leadership readiness.
Prior to these roles, Gomathi spent over a decade at FedEx, followed by foundational HR experience at Citibank and Mazenet Solution. Across these organizations, she played a key role in driving HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational restructuring, leadership coaching, and talent pipeline development. She also led change management initiatives, employee relations frameworks, and learning and development programs focused on capability building and performance enhancement.
