Windsor, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Marie Devitt has started a new role as the Global Head of Talent & Culture at Keeler, a leading provider of eyecare technology solutions. In her new position, Marie will oversee the company’s talent strategy and cultural initiatives across its global operations, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, development, and organizational culture.
Marie has been with Keeler for over seven years, having joined the company in various HR roles before stepping into her latest leadership position. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Head of Human Resources for over four years, where she was instrumental in driving HR strategies and fostering a supportive work environment across the company’s locations in the UK, US, and Spain.
Earlier in her tenure at Keeler, Marie held the position of Human Resources Manager, where she spent three years developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, and implementing employee training programs. Her expertise in HR management allowed her to build a strong foundation in talent development and organizational leadership.
Before joining Keeler, Marie worked at Orthofix Limited for 17 years in various roles, including UK HR Business Partner, PA to Managing Director, and Marketing Assistant. Her experience in these diverse roles provided her with a well-rounded understanding of HR functions and organizational management.
