Willebroek, Flemish Region, Belgium, March 2025 – Marijke Geebelen has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bridg, a digital transformation partner for the public sector. In this new leadership capacity, Marijke will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy to drive organizational excellence and support its expanding public sector footprint across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Marijke brings over two decades of experience in technical, managerial, and people leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Team Manager at Anchr (formerly AXI Software), where she held P&L responsibility and led cross-border teams delivering justice-focused digital solutions. Her leadership combined project oversight, team coaching, and hands-on talent development.
Prior to that, she spent several years at AXI ICT Services, holding various roles including Software Engineer, Team Unit Manager, and Oracle Consultant. Her time at AXI showcased her evolution from a technical analyst and developer to a well-rounded manager and people coach, emphasizing agile leadership, team autonomy, and strategic project delivery.
Marijke’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Argenta, where she was a Senior Oracle Development DBA and Informatie Architect, managing data modeling, performance tuning, and developer support. She also held analytical and development positions across multiple technologies including Oracle, Delphi, and PL/SQL, building a robust foundation for her future leadership in HR and team strategy.
