Birmingham, Alabama, United States, February 2025 – Mark Hidle has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at BLOX. In this role, he will lead the company’s human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce planning to support BLOX’s continued growth and innovation in the healthcare building industry.
With nearly three decades of experience in human resources, Mark Hidle brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining BLOX, Hidle served as the Chief People Officer at Mammoth Holdings for over three years, where he led the company’s HR strategy, focusing on building high-performing teams, implementing employee engagement programs, and optimizing talent management processes. Before being promoted to CPO, he was the Vice President of Human Resources, driving workforce planning and HR technology adoption.
Before Mammoth Holdings, Hidle held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Merchandising Systems, where he led HR strategy for a global organization. His tenure was marked by enhancing leadership development programs, streamlining talent acquisition strategies, and implementing robust compensation and benefits frameworks.
Hidle also spent over seven years at Rheem Manufacturing, where he oversaw HR functions across multiple divisions, including Rheem Water Heater Division, Raypak, Eemax, and Rheem Canada. As the Director of Human Resources, he led organizational development, talent acquisition, and succession planning, playing a pivotal role in workforce optimization and post-merger integration efforts.
Earlier in his career, he spent over 12 years at Globe Motors, where he developed HR policies, talent management initiatives, and employee relations programs. Additionally, he held HR and operations leadership roles at Dillard’s Inc., overseeing multi-site HR operations, staffing functions, and employee engagement programs.
