San Francisco Bay Area, February 2025 – Clover Sonoma has announced the appointment of Michelle Berry as its new Chief People & Culture Officer. In this role, Berry will oversee people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and HR operations to support Clover Sonoma’s mission of delivering high-quality dairy products while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, Berry brings expertise in organizational development, cultural transformation, and executive coaching across diverse industries, including pre-IPO startups, publicly traded companies, and high-growth organizations.
Before joining Clover Sonoma, Michelle Berry worked as a Fractional CHRO and Interim Executive, partnering with companies at various growth stages to design and implement HR strategies, executive leadership programs, and talent acquisition frameworks. She provided strategic HR leadership to C-suite executives, guiding organizations through periods of transformation, hyper-growth, and cultural realignment.
Prior to that, Berry served as Senior Vice President, People & Organizational Development at Full Beaker, Inc., where she led a comprehensive HR transformation initiative, implemented HR technology systems, and doubled the company’s workforce while strengthening its recruitment and retention strategy.
Berry was previously the Chief People Officer at Dishcraft, where she built the company’s HR function from the ground up, overseeing talent acquisition, culture-building, and leadership development. She also played a key role in M&A due diligence and organizational restructuring to support business expansion.
Earlier in her career, Berry spent over seven years at QuinStreet, Inc., holding multiple senior HR leadership roles, where she led global performance management, talent development, and mergers & acquisitions integration. Her tenure at QuinStreet included international expansion initiatives in India and Brazil, where she developed leadership programs and talent management strategies.
