New York, United States, July 2025 – Mark Hutchinson has taken on a new role as Vice President, Talent Acquisition (Investment Banking Capital Markets) at Wedbush, further strengthening the firm’s strategic focus on sourcing top talent for its investment banking functions. This marks a key milestone in Mark’s professional journey with Wedbush, where he has grown through progressively senior talent acquisition roles over the past five and a half years.
Most recently, Mark served as Lead Recruiter, Investment Banking Capital Markets, where he played a central role in scaling hiring strategies for specialized banking roles across the U.S. Prior to that, he spent over four years as Senior Recruiter, building talent pipelines for critical business functions and supporting Wedbush’s growth with a strong focus on relationship-driven recruitment.
Before joining Wedbush, Mark worked as a Senior Consultant – Cyber Security at Stott and May, and held recruiting roles at Arena Optimal Solutions and CLP Resources, where he developed deep expertise in talent sourcing across technical and operations verticals. He also gained early career experience in production, coordination, and marketing with organizations such as Diesel FX, MTV Networks, and Young’s Market Company.
