London, United Kingdom, December 2025 — Mark Starkey has started a new position as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Sabio, marking a significant leadership addition to the company as it accelerates its mission of maximising customer experiences through innovative solutions and agentic AI. In this role, he will play a key part in shaping Sabio’s commercial growth across global markets, drawing on decades of experience in sales leadership, business strategy, and commercial transformation.
Before joining Sabio, Mark Starkey most recently served at ADI Global Distribution, where he spent nearly one and a half years in key commercial leadership positions. His tenure included serving as EMEA GM (Interim), where he worked closely with 18,000 EMEA-based customers, as well as earlier leading EMEA-wide sales as International Sales Director. His experience at ADI highlights his expertise in regional growth, large-scale customer engagement, and commercial strategy across diverse markets.
Prior to ADI, Mark Starkey held the position of President at Boxlight, an award-winning NASDAQ-listed technology company. Over nearly four years, he oversaw global operations across the US and EMEA and supported the expansion of innovative hardware and software solutions under the brands Mimio, Clevertouch and Frontrow. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Sahara AV Solutions, an award-winning Pro AV distribution company, where he led international distribution, digital signage solutions, and global partner-driven expansion across more than 80 countries.
Earlier in his career, Mark Starkey held senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies (EMC), where he served as Snr Director EMEA, SAAS EMEA, responsible for SAAS Software Defined Storage sales across the region, including hyper-converged and web-scale storage solutions. He also spent more than a decade at Logicalis, holding major roles such as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Director, and Finance Director, where he led P&L ownership, commercial strategy, managed services transformation, and operational excellence.
In the early phase of his career, Mark Starkey served in financial leadership roles at Westcon-Comstor and EY, where he began his professional journey as a Chartered Accountant. Across these formative experiences, he developed deep financial expertise, analytical capability, and commercial acumen that have shaped his later executive leadership positions.
