BREA, Calif. — Envista Holdings Corporation, a major player in the dental products industry, announced the appointment of Paul Keel as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2024. Paul will also join the company’s Board of Directors. He succeeds Amir Aghdaei, who will assist in the transition as a senior advisor.

Paul Keel is transitioning to Envista from his recent role as CEO at Smiths Group plc, and brings with him a wealth of experience from his 16 years at 3M, where his roles included Group President of the Consumer Business Group, and President of both 3M Medical and Specialty Dental business units. Prior to 3M, Paul held significant roles at GE, McKinsey & Company, and General Mills. He is a graduate of Carleton College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
