Fairfield, Connecticut, United States, December 2025 — Trae Etre has started a new position as SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Actylis, marking a major addition to the company’s global leadership team. In this strategic role, he will oversee financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and financial governance as Actylis continues strengthening its global operations and expanding its hybrid manufacturing and sourcing model. His decades of financial leadership, M&A expertise, and strategic planning experience position him strongly to support Actylis’ next phase of growth.
Before joining Actylis, Trae Etre spent more than 25 years at Azelis, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Americas Region, where he played a key role in financial leadership, IFRS governance, regional strategy, and large-scale M&A initiatives. His tenure also included serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Americas, and earlier as Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Agricultural & Environmental Solutions (A&ES). Across these roles, he contributed significantly to regional growth, financial performance enhancement, and building strong internal partnerships across global teams.
Prior to his long career at Azelis, Trae Etre worked as an Accounting Manager in Leominster, Massachusetts, where he developed expertise across accounting, project management, GAAP compliance, financial analysis, and budgeting. This early leadership role strengthened his operational financial capabilities and his proficiency in managing both accounting systems and complex financial processes.
Earlier in his financial career, he served as a Senior Accountant at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts, focusing on financial accounting, retail brokerage processes, and GAAP-driven reporting. This role expanded his technical accounting foundation and exposed him to large-scale financial operations in a global investment organization.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Staff Auditor, working across audit operations, financial reporting reviews, and compliance engagements for multiple clients. This early experience helped build the analytical and accounting discipline that shaped his long-term career in corporate finance and strategic leadership.
