With an extensive career in human resources and strategic leadership across multiple industries, Martin will drive Solvares Group’s HR strategy, supporting their growth and commitment to excellence in SaaS solutions across Europe.
Prior to joining Solvares Group, Martin served as Executive Director HR Europe at Crown Bioscience, where he successfully led HR initiatives to foster a collaborative culture and strengthened organizational structure across multiple European locations. His strategic approach to HR processes supported Crown Bioscience’s rapid growth and adaptation to new market challenges.
Before his tenure at Crown Bioscience, Martin held the role of Head of Human Resources at Indivumed Group. There, he managed a comprehensive HR transformation initiative that streamlined HR functions and enhanced employee engagement. Martin also offered his expertise as an Interim HR Director for various organizations, implementing change management strategies and reinforcing HR foundations for sustainable growth.
Earlier in his career, Martin contributed significantly to Hertz as Sr. Director HR Germany, where he optimized talent acquisition and HR operations. His diverse experience spans various organizations, including Canopy Growth Corporation, Sage, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he was instrumental in driving HR strategies that aligned with each organization’s growth objectives.
