In this newly assumed position, Mary will lead the strategic development and execution of crew-related human element initiatives, with a focus on building performance, safety, and engagement across Dynacom’s globally operating tanker fleet.
Prior to her promotion, Mary spent nearly three years with Dynacom Tankers Management, where she was an integral part of the Crew Department (HRC). During this time, she supported complex crew logistics, compliance operations, and the implementation of best practices for fleet-wide personnel management, establishing her credibility within one of the industry’s most respected shipping companies.
Before joining Dynacom, Mary served as Fleet Supervisor at Crossworld Marine in Glifádha, where she managed crew rotations, liaised with vessel officers, and optimized crew change processes, demonstrating a deep operational understanding of shipboard HR requirements.
Her experience includes over five years as Crew Manager at Ocean Shipmanagement Ltd., where she led international manning strategies, managed multi-national crews, and ensured operational efficiency across the company’s managed vessels.
Mary began her maritime HR career at Delta Tankers Ltd., where she served for over seven years as Crew Coordinator, honing her expertise in crew recruitment, documentation, and training compliance. Her early exposure to the shipping industry includes internships at Varship Shipping Ltd., which helped shape her understanding of vessel operations and HR procedures.
