New York, United States, February 2025 – Mary Maguire has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience in organizational development, talent strategy, and employee engagement. In this role, she will drive HR transformation, cultural initiatives, and workforce development to support Little Flower’s mission of serving children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Before joining Little Flower, Mary was Founder of MJM Talent Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in organizational and talent optimization strategies. She advised businesses on workforce planning, culture transformation, and leadership development to drive operational excellence.
Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Global CHRO at SAPRO, where she led HR strategy for a workforce of 1,500 professionals across India, Canada, South Africa, and the U.S.. She played a key role in talent risk management, DEI initiatives, and executive coaching.
Mary also held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at Baker Tilly, overseeing HR operations for 1,200 professionals. She was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, leading talent acquisition efforts, and driving diversity and inclusion programs.
Earlier in her career, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at PKF O’Connor Davies and Director of Human Resources at RSM US LLP, where she implemented performance management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
With her extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and cultural transformation, Mary will play a pivotal role in shaping Little Flower’s workforce strategy, strengthening employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
