Mary Pickel has started her role as the Vice President of People & Culture at Network Coverage. Based in New York, she will oversee HR strategies, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and cultural development.
Previously, Mary served at Lloyd Group for 14 years, holding various roles including Lloydian Community Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Engagement Manager, and Scheduling Coordinator. In her latest role as Lloydian Community Manager, she was responsible for managing community engagement and driving initiatives that fostered a positive organizational culture.
