Prior to joining Mohawk Industries, Matt Gibson served as Director of Marketing, Windows & Doors at Cornerstone Building Brands, where he led brand, channel, and segment strategies for one of the company’s largest business portfolios, driving integrated marketing plans across multiple brands and customer segments.
Earlier, he spent over 17 years with CertainTeed, holding several senior leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Channel Strategy and Vice President Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications. During his tenure, he led large-scale transformation initiatives, built integrated marketing and sales frameworks, and delivered record growth through strategic channel expansion, digital transformation, and customer engagement programs.
He also held the role of Head of Marketing / General Manager – Siding Products Group, where he managed P&L and led product strategy, marketing communications, and channel development, contributing significantly to revenue growth and profitability.
With decades of experience spanning marketing leadership, brand strategy, sales enablement, and business transformation, Matt Gibson brings a strong track record of driving growth and innovation across global organizations.
Matt Gibson holds an MBA in General Management, Marketing Management, and Strategy from Penn State University, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities.
