Jacksonville, Florida, United States, April 2026 — Christine Pierce has joined Dun & Bradstreet as SVP, Global Data Operations, bringing extensive leadership experience across global data operations, data science, market research, consumer data, advertising analytics, business transformation, measurement science, and large-scale operational strategy.
In her new role at Dun & Bradstreet, Christine Pierce will contribute to the company’s global data operations function as it continues to strengthen its business decisioning data, analytics capabilities, customer insights, and data-led solutions for organizations worldwide.
Before joining Dun & Bradstreet, Christine served as Principal Consultant at Ozona Insights LLC, where she provided consulting services in market research, consumer data, and advertising analytics. Her work included designing evaluation frameworks to enhance operational capabilities, optimizing data assets, delivering sector analyses, supporting due diligence, and overseeing quantitative analytics in media research and advertising technology.
Earlier, Christine spent more than 16 years with Nielsen, where she held several senior leadership roles across data solutions, media operations, data science, and methodological research. Most recently, she served as CDO, Head of Global Data Solutions, leading a global organization of more than 4,000 members across 20+ countries and managing the full data lifecycle for trusted measurement data serving the global media ecosystem.
At Nielsen, Christine also served as SVP, U.S. Media Operations, where she led more than 2,500 employees across field operations, contact center operations, data management, customer support, and campaign and content measurement enablement. Her work focused on operational excellence, industry accreditation, technology adoption, workflow automation, business continuity, and career development programs.
Previously, she held the role of SVP, Data Science, where she built and led a team of more than 100 scientists focused on advanced measurement methodology development for cross-platform analytics. She also served as VP, Statistical & Methodological Research, developing experimental research programs, sampling methodology enhancements, campaign analytics capabilities, and privacy-compliant first-party data integration.
Christine’s earlier experience includes roles as Research Associate at the American Bar Foundation and Fundraiser at United Way, adding a foundation in research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and social impact.
