Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2026 — Pragnesh Shah has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Colourflex Laminators Ltd, where he will lead end-to-end operations, focusing on manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. In this role, he will drive productivity, strengthen systems, and enhance operational capabilities to support the company’s evolving packaging solutions business.
Prior to this role, Pragnesh Shah served as Vice President – Operations at ASEPTO (Aseptic Liquid Packaging Company, Uflex Ltd.), where he led large-scale operations and drove efficiency across manufacturing processes. His leadership was instrumental in optimizing plant performance and strengthening operational frameworks in a high-growth environment.
Earlier, he spent over seven years with Constantia Flexibles, where he held key roles including Head of Plant – Parikh Sub Cluster and Head of Production. During this tenure, he drove operational excellence, implemented lean manufacturing practices, and enhanced production capabilities across facilities.
Before that, he served as Senior General Manager (Unit) at Parikh Packing Private Limited, where he led unit operations and project execution, and earlier as Works Manager at Modern Packaging Company, building a strong foundation in manufacturing operations, project management, and production leadership.
Pragnesh Shah has also completed the Chief Operating Officers Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where he was part of the inaugural batch and achieved an excellent grade. He holds a GDMM in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management, Mumbai, further strengthening his expertise in operations and supply chain management.
